The Gold maintenance package is our
premier support package and consists of a pre-arranged service call once a year to service and
test your equipment. Inclusive is our 24 hour rapid support programme that includes
all labour charges involved in the deployment of an emergency response engineer to assess and
resolve any issues within your security system.

This is an all inclusive package where the only extra
charges you may incur is the cost of any replacement parts or materials that may be required to
complete your system repair.
